When the BMI cutoff was set at 22 kg/m2 (categorized as high and low BMI groups), there was no statistically significant difference in measures of treatment efficacy, such as progression‐free survival (PFS) or OS, between the high and low BMI cohorts of NSCLC having a high PD‐L1 expression (≥50%) who received first‐line pembrolizumab monotherapy.
