Labbé et al.19found that TP53 missense mutations were better predictors of the efficacy of EGFR TKIs than all TP53 mutations in lung cancer patients, as those with TP53 missense mutations had marginally lower response rates and shorter PFS on EGFR TKI therapy than those without TP53 missense mutations.
