In accordance with these reports, the present study describes the screening of a panel of KIs that led to the identification of a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor, namely CP-673451, which targets the platelet-derived growth factor receptor α/β (PDGF-Rα/β) as a potential differentiation agent in GBM.
