In this step, ten genes with larger degrees were selected from among the 137 genes including E2F3, GRPEL2, KPNA2, ZNF264, CPOX, DNAL1, PTGS2, SIK1, SLC30A7, and WEE1. One study revealed that E2F3 was associated with bladder tumorigenesis. Here, CPOX is linked to urogenital neoplasm.
