Fifteen essential clinical and radiological features, including serum AFP level, Child-Pugh, cirrhosis, age, PT, PLT, shape, peritumoral hypointensity in the hepatobiliary phase, intratumoral hemorrhage, satellite foci, diameter, number of nodes, arterial peritumoral enhancement, envelope, and tumor diameter, were finally selected (Figure 3).
