We retrospectively analyzed the cases of MLN4924 treatment included in the GEO database (GSE184850 and GSE30531) and found that after the treatment, the expression of DTL would reactively increase and lead to the inhibition of cell cycle- and DNA replication-related genes, while the expression of apoptosis-related genes increased in two tumor cell lines (Supplementary Figure 7). This evidence concerns the gene DTL and neoplasm.
