Our lab previously produced a Cyp2b9/10/13-null (Cyp2b-null) mouse model, lacking the primary hepatic Cyp2b members; Cyp2b9, Cyp2b10, and Cyp2b13 on a C57Bl/6J (B6) background [28] and the Cyp2b-null males are diet-induced obese (DIO) with development of NAFLD [29]. Here, CYP2B6 is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
