Among patients without an autoimmune disease, the prevalence of anti-DFS70 as detected by immunoblot was noticeably higher (46.6%, 54/116) than in patients with an ANA- (17.2%, 5/29, p = 0.0054) or not-ANA-associated rheumatic disease (23.5%, 27/115, p = 0.0003) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene PSIP1 and rheumatic disorder.
