We found that, compared to that in HcerEpic, a type of normal cervical epithelial cell, KNTC1 was overexpressed in cervical neoplasia cell lines C-33A and SiHa, suggesting that KNTC1 may be upregulated in cervical cancer (Figure 2), which was consistent with previous bioinformatics results (figure 1f). Here, KNTC1 is linked to cervical cancer.
