CYP1A1 and diabetic cardiomyopathy: The salient findings from the present study support that Cyp1a1, a significantly upregulated DEG, has the highest connectivity in the PPI interaction network among the top five hub genes (Cyp1a1, Cyp2e1, Col1a1, Col3a1, Col1a2) to affect the cardiac function in STZ-induced diabetic cardiomyopathy.
