MET and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Tepotinib is a highly selective, potent, orally available, reversible, adenosine triphosphate competitive, small molecule mesenchymal–epithelial transition factor (MET) inhibitor, which has been approved in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe (EU member states, as well as Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway), Great Britain, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the US for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring MET exon 14 skipping [1–6]; it is currently undergoing health authority reviews in multiple other countries and regions.
