ZDHHC11, a poorly characterized member of the palmitoyltransferase family [Human DHHC proteins: A spotlight on the hidden player of palmitoylation], is considered to be associate with the progression of several types of cancer, and the gain of the ZDHHC11 coding region (5p15.33) in bladder cancer and non‐small cell lung cancer, and ZDHHC11 mRNA is targeted by the tumor suppressor microRNA, miR‐150, in Burkitt lymphoma.21, 22, 23. Here, ZDHHC11 is linked to Burkitt lymphoma.
