Consistent with TNF blockade in the humanized TNF model, mouse TNF blockade during colitis that was induced by transfer of WT T cells into Rag1−/− recipients (i) reduced inflammation at 3 weeks after initiation of therapy (Fig. 6J), (ii) induced proliferation of epithelial cells (Fig. 6K) and (iii) inhibited IL-22BP production (Fig. 6L).
