Analysis by flow cytometry and IHC data of the primary DLBCL samples further revealed that T cells and NK cells (CD3, CD4 by flow cytometry; CD4, CD8, T-bet, CD56, granzyme B by IHC) were significantly reduced in PRAME-deleted patient samples (Figure 2, C and D), especially in GCB-DLBCL. This evidence concerns the gene NCAM1 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
