We found that DAP3-modulated splicing events (e.g., WSB1, SNRPB, TIAL1, TBL1X, SSBP3, and CADM1) were significantly dysregulated in tumors compared to NT samples in multiple cancer types, such as esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Fig. 6a). The gene discussed is WSB1; the disease is carcinoma of esophagus.
