CFL1 and breast cancer: Meanwhile, FMNL2 not only reduced the protein amount and activity levels of Cdc42, Rac1 and RhoA, but also repressed the RhoA/LIMK/Cofilin pathway in breast cancer cells, implying that FMNL2 regulated Rho activities and the downstream LIMK/Cofilin pathway in the process of breast cancer cell migration and invasion.
