Combined with the analysis from TCGA and Kaplan-Meier plotter databases, it was reasonable that as mentioned earlier, FMNL2 silencing promoted migration and invasion of ER-negative MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells, FMNL2 downregulation was significantly associated with poorer RFS probability in ER-negative and basal subtyping of breast cancer. Here, FMNL2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
