It is noteworthy that enhancement of the organization of actin fibers into bundles and elevation of Vimentin and Snail was interfered by ZOL and BMS3 treatment in FMNL2-silencing MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells, indicating that Rho inhibition and LIMK inhibition had the potential to impede cell migration and invasion promoted by FMNL2 silencing in breast cancer (Fig. 3A, B).
