It is noteworthy that enhancement of the organization of actin fibers into bundles and elevation of Vimentin and Snail was interfered by ZOL and BMS3 treatment in FMNL2-silencing MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells, indicating that Rho inhibition and LIMK inhibition had the potential to impede cell migration and invasion promoted by FMNL2 silencing in breast cancer (Fig. 3A, B). This evidence concerns the gene LIMK1 and breast carcinoma.
