Yin et al. reported that S1PR2 was involved in the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells, (Yin et al., 2018) while Pang et al. demonstrated that the knockdown of S1PR2 might contribute to the initial extramedullary translocation by promoting myeloma cell migration and invasion through NF-κB pathway activation. The gene discussed is S1PR2; the disease is plasma cell myeloma.
