Next, we verified the results using the T98G and LN-229 glioma cell lines and found that the interference efficiency of si-NCAPG in both cell lines was as high as 80%; Figures 7B, C show that the expression level of MHC-I molecules decreased by varying degrees according to the decrease in NCAPG expression, especially HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C, which is consistent with the results obtained from the TCGA and CGGA datasets. This evidence concerns the gene NCAPG and central nervous system cancer.
