In Figure 5, we found that the higher the expression of NKCC1, the worse the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer (HR = 1.60, p = 0.0026), LIHC (HR = 1.81, p = 0.0014), sarcoma (HR = 1.83, p = 0.0094), and ovarian cancer (HR = 1.41, p = 0.029) from TCGA database. Here, SLC12A2 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
