The scatter plot of the IHC scores revealed that KCC2 and NKCC1 expression was significantly elevated in 40 GBM (WHO IV Grade) compared with 40 LGG (WHO II Grade) samples from the AHYMUN (p < 0.05; Figure 11A), suggesting that the higher the expression of CCCs, the more aggressive the malignancy of patients with glioma.
