Similarly, we analyzed the expression distribution of NKCC1 in the tumor and normal samples in the above-mentioned database, and found that the expression of NKCC1 also significantly differ in pan-cancer, such as cholangiocarcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, kidney chromophobe carcinoma, and stomach adenocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene SLC12A2 and cancer.
