The malignancy-related overexpressed patterns of ITGA5 were identified in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), especially, brain lower-grade glioma (LGG) and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) (Figure 1A). Here, ITGA5 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
