CDK6 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Gong et al. [16] showed that in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, miRNA-200a-3p can directly bind to its downstream target gene cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) to inhibit the expression of CDK6 and inhibits the entry of HCC cell cycle into S phase, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of HCC.
