The results suggested that: both regimens had clinical efficacy in recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer; PD-L1 response could be observed regardless of tumor cells; patients who had not received systemic treatment were observed to have better efficacy with the two regimens; follow-up time was > 10 months, and the response was durable; no new adverse reactions occurred, and the safety of the treatment regimen was controllable.
