To explore the tumor suppressor roles of BRD7 in breast cancer harboring wild-type p53, we transfected the BRD7-expressed plasmids into ZR-75-1 and MCF-7 cells to construct the stable cell lines with ectopic expression of BRD7, and the overexpression efficiency of BRD7 was confirmed by qRT-PCR and western blotting (Figure 1A, B). Here, BRD7 is linked to breast cancer.
