The univariate analytic results revealed that the number of WBC in peripheral blood detected at diagnosis, CNS leukemia, TP53 mutation, number of relapses, and bone marrow blasts detected before lymphodepletion or CAR-T cell infusion (for those without lymphodepletion) were significantly associated with CR after CAR-T cell infusion (p < 0.05, Tables 2, 3). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is central nervous system leukemia.
