It is reported that TRBV30 has low usage abundance in healthy blood donors and some diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or colorectal cancer (CRC) (42–45) but exhibited high usage abundances in the peripheral blood of patients infected with H5N6 influenza virus and patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (37, 46). This evidence concerns the gene TRBV30 and colorectal cancer.
