In a mouse model of anti-PD1 antibody therapy-resistant non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma, combination of anti-GITR monoclonal antibody therapy, anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody therapy, and radiotherapy also significantly increased the numbers of CD4+ and CD8+ effector memory cells in blood, spleen, and tumor draining lymph node, enhanced tumor-specific immune response, and improved the survival rate (Figure 2) (132). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and neoplasm.
