The results showed that the increased levels of Cer (d18:1/16:1), β-pseudouridine, PE(P-42:1), DG (16:1/18:2/0:0), PC (O-32:0), TG (14:0/18:1/22:0), and N6-acetyl-L-lysine were associated with elevated atherogenesis as manifested by the high indicators of arteriosclerosis plaque formation (mean IMT and max IMT). This evidence concerns the gene CBLN1 and arteriosclerosis disorder.
