Arrhythmia was a common adverse drug reaction of ALK-TKIs in recent studies, mainly including bradycardia, QT prolongation, and atrioventricular (AV) block, and most of them were assessed as less than or equal to grade 2, but rare serious AEs still possibly exist (Atar et al., 1999; Fukuizumi et al., 2015; Bauer et al., 2019; Gaillard et al., 2019). The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is cardiac arrhythmia.
