Kif15 has been previously reported to be widely involved in the progression of several malignancies, such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and gastric, breast, colorectal, and prostate cancer by regulating cell cycle, migration, and invasion (Li et al., 2020; Zeng et al., 2020; Qureshi et al., 2021). This evidence concerns the gene KIF15 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
