PSME3 and neoplasm: Similarly, the values of Ki from WT-DDX24 group (0.064 ± 0.018 min-1) were higher than that of K11E (0.040 ± 0.013 min-1) (p < 0.05) and E271K (0.030 ± 0.011 min-1) groups (p = 0.0484 and p = 0.0099 respectively) (Figure 4C, 4D), which indicated that K11E or E271K mutation of DDX24 resulted in suppressing the tumor cell proliferation.
