Based on the cancer genome atlas project, we found the expression status of DDX24 in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) and esophageal carcinoma (ESCA) was higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues, while the expression level of DDX24 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) and prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) was lower than that in the adjacent normal tissues (Figure S4A). This evidence concerns the gene DDX24 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
