The abundance of Blautella, Escherichia, Enterococcus, and Salmonella was closely associated with serum biochemical nutritional indicators in the HD group, among which Escherichia and Enterococcus showed a negative correlation with serum prealbumin (p < 0.05) and Salmonella showed a negative correlation serum albumin (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene TTR and Huntington disease.
