Patients with endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, and colorectal cancer have been investigated by employing the one-step nucleic acid amplification (OSNA) technique, which identifies mRNA within metastatic lymph nodes [32–34], and the OSNA method has been used to detect the expression of human papillomavirus-E6 squamous cell carcinoma antigen or cytokeratin 19 in cervical cancer [33]. This evidence concerns the gene KRT19 and cervical cancer.
