After using normal tissues from the GTEx dataset as controls, we further evaluated the differences of MSH2 expression in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS). Here, MSH2 is linked to endocervical adenocarcinoma.
