GGT5 and neoplasm: The enrichment results indicated that pathways related to tumor proliferation and differentiation as well as the immune and inflammatory response were enriched in the GGT5 high expression group, including signaling by interleukins, the VEGFA-VEGF2 signaling pathway, pathways in cancers, the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, the anti-inflammatory response favoring Leishmania, and immunoregulatory interactions between lymphoid and non-lymphoid cells (Figures 7C–H, Supplementary Table S10).
