Interesting, none of the TAAs previously identified in these earlier publications were reported as tumor antigens, and, conversely, six of the 12 tumor antigens of interest reported in Loffler et al. were also identified in the immunopeptidomes of our work, although they did not pass our TSA or TAA selection criteria, most often due to high expression in NAT (supplemental Table S2).
