We found that all of the CD45− populations including tumor cells expressed a minimal level of PD-L1 and there was no significant difference in the percentage of PD-L1+ cells in CD45− population between TAb2 (0.365 ± 0.081) and TCh3 (0.422 ± 0.109) tumors (Fig. 6A).
