This study showed that high serum AMH levels (3.99–20.20 ng/ml) significantly increased the risk of early miscarriage compared with medium serum AMH levels (1.61–3.98 ng/ml) when women were < 35 years old, but when women were ≥ 35 years old early miscarriage did not show any significant association with different AMH levels. This evidence concerns the gene AMH and spontaneous abortion.
