In the middle-young group, those with cognitive frailty were older (P = 0.001) and had a lower educational level (P < 0.001), higher comorbidity status (P < 0.001), larger waist circumference (P < 0.001), lower hemoglobin level (P < 0.001), lower albumin level (P < 0.001), lower serum creatinine level (P < 0.001), and higher incidence of malnutrition (P < 0.001) and depression (P < 0.001) than those without cognitive frailty. Here, ALB is linked to depressive symptom measurement.
