We found that AMG-47a provided robust protection from both TSQ and TSI-induced cell death in U937 histiocytic lymphoma, HT29 colorectal adenocarcinoma and THP-1 acute monocytic leukaemia cells, with IC50 values ranging from ~100 nM to ~2.5 μM (Table 1), showing protection comparable to known RIPK1, RIPK3 and MLKL inhibitors (Supplementary Fig. 2E–M). This evidence concerns the gene RIPK1 and colorectal adenocarcinoma.
