Examples include: voriconazole (a CYP3A4 inhibitor) interacting with tadalafil (a PDE‐5 inhibitor) by increasing its systemic exposure28; bupropion and methylphenidate, indirect sympathomimetic agents that lower seizure threshold29; and sunitinib and ondansetron, which both prolong the QT interval which predisposes to torsade de pointes.30 Here, PDE5A is linked to torsades de pointes.
