In adults (Fig. 2, right chart), the most frequent cardiac disease associated with ventricular tachyarrhythmias was AMI (28%: STEMI n = 20, NSTEMI n = 26), followed by idiopathic disease (20%), channelopathies (11%: Brugada syndrome n = 16, long QT syndrome n = 3), and primary cardiomyopathies (10%: DCM n = 11, HCM n = 5, lamin mutation n = 1).
