PIM1 is an established oncogenic driver, and its inhibition was shown to re-sensitize cancer cells to radiotherapy as well as c-MET and ALK inhibition in NSCLC tumors (Kim et al., 2013; Cao et al., 2019; Trigg et al., 2019; Attili et al., 2020). Here, PIM1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
