In particular, in the glioma pathway, expression of PRKCG, NRAS, MAPK1, ARAF, and MAP2K2 was potentially dominated by miR-671-5p, miR-152, miR-320, miR-491, and miR-326, with upregulated expression at 25 DPI (Supplementary Table 13), suggesting that cell growth and proliferation are influenced by T. gondii via the MAPK signaling pathway.
