Multiple studies have shown that JMJD6 is conducive to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors, including breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma, colon carcinoma, glioma, prostate carcinoma, melanoma, liver carcinoma, etc. Interestingly, it regulates some immune signaling pathways, such as Toll-like receptor related signal transduction, through its arginine demethylation.
