HSD11B1 and breast carcinoma: Our results showed that CYTOR, LMNTD2-AS1, LYPLAL1-AS1, USP30-AS1, RHPN1, LINC01655, AP005131.2, AC004988.1, and AC079289.3 were upregulated in breast cancer cell lines (SKBR3) compared with the normal human breast epithelial cell line (MCF10A), and HSD11B1-AS1 was downregulated in breast cancer cell lines (MCF7, SKBR3, and MDA-MB-231) (Figure S5).
