Among molecules generated by Pocket2Drug, a compound ranked 12 with the frequency of 21 (Figure 9A) is chemically similar to midostaurin (PubChem-CID: 9829523, Figure 9B), a protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (Eder et al., 2004) used to treat systemic mastocytosis, acute myeloid leukemia, and mast cell leukemia (National Cancer Institute Dictionary, 2021). Here, PRRT2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
