PTBP3, a member of the PTB family, has been reported to be involved in tumorigenesis and progression, such as in lung cancer (Wu et al., 2020), pancreatic cancer (Ma et al., 2020), breast cancer (Hou et al., 2018; Zhou et al., 2018; Liang et al., 2020), gastric cancer (Chen et al., 2014; Liang et al., 2018; Chen et al., 2020), colorectal cancer (Hou et al., 2019), and hepatocellular carcinoma (Yang et al., 2018).
