Besides, CCL5, CCL19 and CXCL9 were positively correlated with CD8+ T cell infiltration assessed by QUANTISEQ (Rho = 0.818, 0.578, and 0.716, respectively), which suggested that a high expression of CCL5, CCL19, and CXCL9 might promote the tumor infiltration of CD8+ T cells in CL-BCa (Figures 5F–H).
