Similarly, in silico analysis using the GEPIA database revealed significant UHMK1 upregulation in malignant tissues of other tumor entities compared to adjacent nonmalignant tissues, including breast invasive carcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma, lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, esophageal carcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, and thymoma (Supplementary Figure S4B). This evidence concerns the gene UHMK1 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
