Here we studied, the growth related biomarkers L-NGFR, phospho-ERK1-2 and CXCL12 in primary myelofibrosis, which were predominantly expressed in bone marrow stromal cells and potentially involved in the promotion of fibroblast activation, responsible for accelerated and pathognomic matrix production during myelofibrosis. This evidence concerns the gene NGFR and myelofibrosis.
